Mandatory Meeting - Wed. Jan. 30th

Can you believe it? We're only 18 days from our departure!!!

Some reminders....

1) $12 cash is due to Madame B. by Friday, February 8th. These are tips for our bus driver and tour director in Quebec.
2) Madame B. needs a copy of your original, notarized birth certificate or passport (make 2 - one for me, one for home; you bring the original with you).
3) Bring a photo ID with you in addition to birth certificate (such as a school ID) on the trip.
4) All parents should sign up for the phone chain. Please supply me with a phone number where you will be on Monday Feb. 18th around 5-7PM. I will send the phone chain home with students and by e-mail. This will allow us to inform you of our estimated time of arrival at Lunenburg High School. We can also use this in case of an emergency.
5) Prometour recommends $20-$25 per day for spending money (approx. $100 total). You are responsible for lunches everyday, as well as dinner on the way home on Feb. 18th. Entry fees to events on the itinerary are included.

6) And finally, please read the documents I hand out on Wednesday very carefully!
